Research Pro Retry

Retry a failed Pro session without re-charging x402.

Auth: the retry_token IS the credential. It was issued (24h TTL) at the moment of failure and is bound to this session. No bearer + no x402 here — possessing the token proves the user paid for the original run.

Status guard:

failed → accept, transition to running, kick off a new background debate.
running → 409 (a retry is already in flight).
complete → 409 (nothing to retry).
any other → 409 (defensive default).
